We want to thank you for your patience and support through this time. We have had many clients reach out to us - while we were mandated to be closed- to do what they could in keeping our business running. We will forever be grateful for such loyal clients we have.
We ask you to please continue to be patient with us. In order to service our clients in a safe manner, it will be a longer time before every client gets seen.
We will begin servicing clients who had appointments already scheduled when the salons were mandated to close. After we are able to meet with all of those clients, we will begin taking new appointments. Our stylists will be rotating days for when they will be working, so this will also prolong when clients will be able to get seen by their stylists.
Below are the guidelines our clients should expect in this time. This is all to keep the clients, the employees, and the community safe.
No walk-ins. Appointments only.
We will not be taking any new clients until further notice
If early to appointment, please wait in the car until the stylist is ready for you to enter. There will not be a waiting area.
We will not be serving any beverages.
Only the client coming in for the service is allowed in the building. No family member, friend, ect.
If a child is to get a service only one guardian will be permitted. The guardian will have to sit or stand in designated areas to keep social distancing measures.
We will be screening clients before their appointments to make sure they are safe to come in the building. This will be done through a phone call or through our website.
Clients MUST wash their hands and/or hand sanitizer when coming into the building. (Each will be provided)
Clients MUST wear face masks when coming into the building, throughout the service, and leaving. There will be exceptions for removal for a limited amount of time if necessary for the service.
If clients are interested in a product, please tell one of the stylists to get it for you
No waxing of the upper lip, or beard trims
As a salon, we will do our part in cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting our work stations and tools. All this could work out beautifully if WE ALL do our part. Please be honest with us and remember that we all have someone in our lives that could be severely hurt from COVID-19. Your health comes before your roots and unshaped haircut. We will not be offended if you need to cancel because you feel uncomfortable coming in.
Thank you again. We hope someday soon we can go back to normal with a salon full of clients cringing at James’ “awesome” jokes.
